My package is late

Are you sure you are late? Delivery times are for working days. Courier services are not available on weekends, holidays and bank holidays.

  • The parcel number is shown in the email received from the courier.
  • Use the parcel number to check the status of your parcel on the courier's website: GLS , UPS
  • If several working days have passed since the last update, please contact the courier's customer service: GLS , UPS
  • You can track your order status only on our website, which is closed when the package is handed over to the courier.

How can I change my delivery address?

To change the delivery address, contact the courier.

  • IMPORTANT! Please enter your email address and phone number correctly when ordering!
  • Before delivery, the courier will notify you of the expected delivery time by email.
  • Contact the courier using one of the contact details provided in the message.

Can I open the package before receiving it?!

  • It is not possible to unpack the package before receiving it.
  • If you are unsure about the contents of the package, if the packaging is damaged or if you have ordered fragile products, make a video of the unpacking process to clearly show the products.
  • In case of damage or shortage, the claim will be forwarded to the carrier and registration can speed up the evaluation and help the process to be successful.

What happens if I refuse the package?

  • The package will be returned to us.
  • If you paid in advance, we will initiate the refund with the relevant service provider.
  • In accordance with the law, we will refund you the amount minus the shipping costs.
  • If the carrier charges an additional amount for the return, we will also charge the customer this amount, in accordance with the law.
  • In the future it will be possible to place an order in our shop only by paying in advance.
