If you would like a different product, please follow the steps below:
- Return the product.
- If you want to send us a product.
- We will resend your order of the product you want.

- If you are not satisfied with the product you received.
- If the size is not right when you try it on.
- If the product has been damaged during transportation (to prove this, you need to make a video of the opening of the package to show the inspection of the products received).
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, despite being inspected before the package was sent. This is a warranty issue .
- It is also a warranty issue if, despite using the product in accordance with the instructions for use, the product is damaged in any way (for example, the zipper breaks, the seams come loose).
- Damage resulting from improper use of the product, which requires a NON-return and will NOT be returned (for example, worn or broken shoes, torn t-shirt, torn jacket, broken earplugs, t-shirts washed at inappropriate temperatures - discolored). Manufacturing defects are very easy to distinguish from non-manufacturing defects, so for these types of defects DO NOT return anything without first consulting the customer.

- Pack the product with the completed return form (if you filled it out digitally, you can simply send it via email)! Also wrap the shoe box in something.
- Please return it to the following address (this should be the recipient): Pit Box Kft. 2600 Vác, Rádi út 1-3.
- Do not request the cash on delivery service under any circumstances! Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted and will be returned to you!
Once we receive the package and verify the conditions and necessary details, we will initiate the refund with the financial service providers. The amount will be credited to your account within two weeks , as indicated by the bank.

- Return the gift you received! You can choose a gift again when you order a replacement product. If you do not return the gift, we cannot refund your money.

- We do not accept cash on delivery packages! In this case the package will be returned to you.
- We only accept returns of products in factory condition with all packaging intact. Dirty, washed, smelly, torn, broken, wrinkled, worn products will NOT be accepted . If you send us a product of this type, we will send it back to you for 9.9 euros. In case of cancellation, NO refund will be made!
- Dirty shoes and shoes with dusty soles will NOT be returned! If you return the shoes, please pack the shoe box ! We will NOT take back a full shoe box, regardless of the contents!
- The cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility and cannot be refunded. Choose the cheapest supplier!
- If you have chosen to pay online, we will refund the value of the returned goods directly via the payment platform you have chosen.
- If you paid for your order by bank transfer, enter your bank account number and we will refund the value of the returned goods.
- The refund will be credited to your account within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
