Stella is passionate about her sport, as demonstrated by the fact that, despite her position as team principal of the big rival team, she enthusiastically followed Lewis Hamilton's first steps in Ferrari:

I consider myself a Formula 1 fan, I worked for Scuderia Ferrari for a long time, so I couldn’t deny it, I followed the events with enthusiasm. It was a real sporting story, when a seven-time world champion joins a team with the greatest traditions in F1.
It's an incredible story, but there's another side to it that Lewis and Ferrari know very well. In the end, only what happens on the track will count, and for us they are opponents. We respect them, we follow their work with enthusiasm, but we only want one thing: to make their life as difficult as possible and then beat them.
