Press: “Ferrari will be in the running for the world championship starting from Japan”

Stampa: “La Ferrari sarà in corsa per il campionato del mondo a partire dal Giappone”

The 2025 championship has started in mixed fashion for Scuderia Ferrari. The good news is that their problems can be traced mainly to setup, rather than design flaws.

According to the renowned La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Italian team has been working hard over the past week and a half, and this work will bring the desired results. Based on the work in the simulator, it is already evident that they have managed to find a solution to their problems, thanks to the fact that the team has tested twenty different configurations since the start of the Chinese Grand Prix. This has helped to solve the problems seen at the beginning of the year, which will lead the Scuderia to leave for Japan with a completely unusual suspension setup.

The team is relaxed, confident that their car has no design issues, and optimistic that they will bring out the potential of their race car this weekend. This also means that the reds will join the fight for world championship points. After that, the development packages will also arrive, first in Bahrain, and then a more far-reaching innovation in Miami. Ferrari intends with these "updates" to balance the suspension mechanics and the aerodynamics of the rear of the car.
